Follow Mike Dawson to the Tail of the Dragon on the TN/NC border.

He’s planning on super slabbing it to Maryville, TN for a stop at Smokey Mountain H-D. From there he’ll head to Cherohala Skyway H-D Smoky Mountain Outpost for a break so you can pick some fabric for your H-D T-shirt quilt. Then on to the Tail of the Dragon and stop at Deals Gap for lunch. After lunch he'll head back up the Tail of the Dragon the opposite direction up to the Foothills Pkwy. From there he’ll ride to Pigeon Forge and stop at Rocky Top H-D. From there he’ll head to the Cumberland Gap Tunnel making a stop at Thunderhead H-D on the way. Then on to home. This is an all day ride of 440 miles. There will be plenty of gas and rest stops along the way.
